For someone looking for mental health support, privacy matters on this website just as much as it does in the therapy room. That's why the site was designed to work with as little data as possible.

What this site doesn't have

No advertising and no ad tracking code.
No analytics cookies tracking visitor behaviour.
No embedded Google Maps, YouTube or social media; these links only open the relevant site when you click them.
Fonts and all files are loaded from this site's own server; your visit is not reported to any third-party server.

What information do we receive?

We only receive the information you enter when you fill in the appointment form. It is stored in the admin panel and also sent by email so that you can be contacted. How it is processed is explained in the privacy notice.

The server may keep standard access logs for security and error tracking. These logs are not used to identify you and are deleted at the end of the hosting provider's retention period.

Your preferences

Your light/dark theme choice is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.
